How we started
Back in the 90s, I purchased a bottle of palm juice at an African market in Boston. I was looking forward to the sweet refreshing taste of palm juice. I was severely disappointed as the juice had been pasteurized and sweetened and the taste left much to be desired. My engineering mind got to work. I knew there must be a way to preserve the juice and maintain the taste. Fast forward to 2013, when I relocated to Cameroon, the thought of fixing the “palm juice problem” came back. I started experimenting with different processes and a project was born.
In 2018, our R&D team finally got a break through. With the business plans all written, R&D commenced on the long term preservation of palm juice for both US and European markets. We began bottling the palm juice in a frozen state for overseas consumption. The taste of our product is superior to any other product on the market.
Passion
Our passion is R&D, Process and Product Development, finding solutions to local problems. We are obsessed with maintaining the taste of natural palm juice as if it were tapped today. Our objective is to multiply the nostalgic experience of drinking natural fresh palm juice (without sweeteners or artificial preservatives).
Craftmanship
We have developed a proprietary production and bottling process. Our tappers are trained on good hygiene practices in palm juice extraction and transportation. Once the juice gets to our factory, we process to guarantee the taste of natural palm juice for every bottle of TachetTM Palm Juice. No additives, sweeteners or artificial preservatives are added to our product.

Results
So far, we have been able to bottle natural palm juice in a frozen state. While this is no small feat, our R&D continues. Just maybe we can bottle it without freezing.
Vision
Our vision is to process and bottle this palm juice in its natural state at room temperature. The objective is to ensure that every bottle consumed puts a smile on the consumer’s face and brings back that nostalgic experience of drinking fresh palm juice. Remember, our final product is NOSTALGIA.
